ARTICLE 2 - EQUITY/ TRUST CLAUSE
2.1 It is the goal of the District and VVTA to promote equity and trust between employee bargaining groups in regard to salary schedule changes.
2.2 In the event that another employee bargaining group receives salary schedule changes, other than agreed to herein, the association or the District has the right to reopen in regard to salary schedule.
2.3 This Article is not intended to apply to reclassification/restructuring which results in individual position placement changes on the salary schedule.
